Tequila Avion is made using the finest Blue Weber Agave in the highest regions of Jalisco, Mexico (7,000 feet above sea level). This elevation creates more depth and character in the agave. The Agave is low roasted in brick ovens under low temperatures. Afterwards, Ultra Slow Filtration occurs removing all particles to create the smoothest tequila possible. The entire process takes 10x longer than the traditional technique, creating a “moment of elevation.”
Avión Tequila is crafted using our exceptional Avión Agave, which is grown at the highest elevations in Jalisco, Mexico. The unique Avión flavor is achieved through using only special cuts of the Avión Agave plant and then slow-roasting the agave at lower temperatures to protect the natural flavors. The final step is our proprietary ultra-slow filtration process, which creates a surprisingly smooth taste.
