Cool night harvest and prompt vinification allowed winemakers to achieve a vibrant wine style that is intense and well balanced. Winemakers then blend wine and grape juice to create a burst of zingy flavors to make this a refreshing and clean wine. The wine is bottled at the winery in Yenda, New South Whales.
